به گزارش اثبات نیوز ، خبر منتشر شده با اعتراض شدید مشمولان ایثارگر شاغل در وزارت نفت و جامعه ایثارگری مواجه شد.
جمعی از ایثارگران شرکتی مشمول قانون بند (د) تبصره ۲۰ بودجه ۱۴۰۰ کشور در واکنش خبر منتشر شده در خبرگزاری فارس متنی را به شرح ذیل برای این پایگاه خبری ارسال نمودند:

جهت اطلاع شما و ملت بزرگوار کل نیروهای پیمانکاری وزارت نفت یکصدوچهار هزار نفر هستند و شما درخبر نوشته اید که نیمی از آنها ایثارگری دارند که آماری کاملا غیر واقعی است.
چگونه است که فقط سیزده درصد قراردادی ها ایثارگری داشته اند ولی در مورد پیمانکاری ها شاهد رشد غیرواقعی هستیم؟

همچنین از مسولان آن خبرگزاری محترم انتظار می رود ضمن اصلاح خبر منتشر شده با خبرنگار و نویسنده این گزارش که هوشمندانه یا سهوأ اقدام به انتشار چنین گزارش اشتباهی نموده اند برخورد قانونی صورت گیرد چرا که جمع کثیری از جامعه ایثارگری کشور و خانواده های آنان که برای اجرای قانون بند (د) تبصره ۲۰ بودجه ۱۴۰۰ لحظه شماری میکنند با خواندن چنین خبری به لحاظ روحی آسیب دیده اند.
