در مدت زمان دوره کارآموزی مشمولان طرح تبديل وضعیت ایثارگران تجدیدنظر کنید

✔️مدت زمان دوره پیمانی مشمولان مربوطه مطابق تبصره یک بند ذ ماده ۸۷ برنامه ششم توسعه کشور ۳ ماه میباشد و همانند تبدیل وضعیت شدگان ایثارگر ادوار گذشته نیست که طبق قوانین وزارتی دوره پیمانی را ۵ و ۳ و ۱ ساله طی نمودند و به این دلیل مدت زمان کارآموزی از آنها کسر و این مورد برای آنها بصورت کاملاً صحیح اجرا گردیده است.. لذا، کسر این مدت از سوابق عزیزان هیچگونه سنخیتی با این طرح و قانون مربوطه با توجه به توضیحات مندرج در متن و مشمولان این دوره (بند و ماده ۴۴ برنامه پنجم توسعه کشور ، بند د تبصره ۲۰ قانون بودجه سال ۱۴۰۰ ، بند و تبصره ۲۰ قانون بودجه سال ۱۴۰۱) به هیچ عنوان ندارد و نباید قوانین را سهوا تفسیر و یا سلیقه ای و به طرفیت وزارت جهت آن اعمال نمود ، زیرا حق خانواده معزز شهدا و جانبازان و ایثارگران عزیز پایمال میشود که این مهم حق الناس است ولاغیر..
