سخنگوی اقتصادی دولت: با موافقت رهبر انقلاب امکان استفاده از ۱۰ درصد سهم صندوق توسعه ملی برای طرح های عمرانی فراهم شد و از آن زمان تاکنون طبق گزارشی که از خزانه داری کل کشور دریافت کرده ام، ۱۱ هزار میلیارد تومان از صندوق توسعه ملی به حساب خزانه دولت واریز شده است و طبق

همین جا جا دارد که بابت موافقت رهبر انقلاب با استفاده از روش تهاتر نفت برای تامین مالی پروژه های ریلی و ترانزیتی کشور، قدردانی دولت را ابراز کنم. اجرای تهاتر نفت منوط به این بود که دولت آیین نامه شفافی برای استفاده از روش تهاتر نفت برای پروژه های ریلی و ترانزیتی را تدوین کند.

یکی از پروژه هایی که منفعت ملی و بین المللی می تواند داشته باشد تکمیل کریدورهای ریلی است. آقای رئیس جمهور تاکید دارند بخش مهمی از کریدورهای ریلی در دولت سیزدهم تکمیل شود.

این آیین نامه هم در جلسه روز گذشته کمیسیون اقتصادی دولت مصوب شد و امیدوارم که در صحن دولت هم تصویب شود تا بتوانیم از این ظرفیت استفاده کنیم و شاهد خبرهای خوبی برای تکمیل کریدرورهای شمال جنوب و شرق و غرب کشور باشیم.
