نماینده بویراحمد، دنا و مارگون در مجلس شورای اسلامی میگوید: داشتههای کهگیلویه و بویراحمد جوابگوی رفع مشکل بیکاری چندین استان کشور بوده ولی مسئولان بد عمل میکنند.
به گزارش اثبات نیوز، مهدی روشنفکر ظهر امروز در نشست شورای برنامه ریزی کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با حضور معاون امور روستایی و مناطق محروم رئیس جمهوری اظهار داشت: کهگیلویه و بویراحمد از استانهای محروم و کم برخوردار کشور بوده که علی رغم سعی و تلاش فراوان در سالهای گذشته از قافله رشد و توسعه جامانده و در بسیاری از شاخصهای توسعه در ابعاد مختلف جایگاه آخرین را به خود اختصاص داده است.
وی تاکید کرد: معتقدم واژه محرومیت را به اشتباه برای کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بکار میبرند زیرا معنی محروم یعنی بی نصیب، در حالی نعمتهای خدادادی در این استان کم نظیر بوده تا جایی که بیش از ۲۰ درصد نفت و گاز ، ۱۰ درصد آبهای سطحی، ۲۰ درصد جنگلهای زاگرس، ۲۴۰۰ گونه گیاهی و خوراکی، بیش از ۳۰۰ جاذبه کم نظیر طبیعی و …در این دیار وجود دارد.
عضو کمیسیون تلفیق بودجه ۱۴۰۰ مجلس شورای اسلامی افزود: با این ظرفیتهای کم نظیر در حوزههای مختلف از جمله کشاورزی، نفت و گاز، گردشگری، آب، گیاهان دارویی نباید گفت کهگیلویه و بویراحمد محروم است باید بگویم متولیان امر برنامه ریزی توسعه در ۴ دهه اخیر موفق عمل نکردهاند و زیرا با این داشتهها میشود مشکلات اقتصادی و بیکاری چندین استان را برطرف کرد.
روشنفکر خاطرنشان کرد: با همه این ظرفیتها مستمر بر تعداد مستمری بگیران دستگاههای حمایتی از جمله کمیته امداد و بهزیستی اضافه میشود و متاسفانه برخی دستگاهها این آمار را جزو عملکرد موفق خود تشریح میکنند در حالی افزایش این آمار نشان دهنده بدبختی و فلاکت مردم این دیار ثروتمند است.
وی از امید معاون مناطق محروم رئیس جمهوری خواست تا سلام مردم کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به اعضای هیئت دولت ابلاغ کند و بگوید: مشکل این استان با اهدای بستههای غذایی حل نمیشود و برای فرار از کمبودها و بیکاری راهی جز ایجاد واحدهای تولیدی متوسط و بزرگ با ایجاد سرمایه گذاری توسط سازمانهای توسعهای و شرکتهای خصولتی نیست.
روشنفکر بیان کرد: بدون شک ظرفیت مناطق مختلف کشور برای ایجاد مشاغل اشتغالزا متفاوت بوده و نوشتن یک نسخه واحد بدون شک راه به جایی نمی برد و انحراف در پرداخت تسهیلات را به همراه دارد.
نماینده مرکز استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد یادآور شد: پیشنهاد میشود این استان را به صورت پایلوت انتخاب کنید و هر روستا و منطقه را متناسب با داشتههای آن طرحهای را با مشارکت مردم آن روستا به صورت تعاونی ایجاد کنید و البته قبل از اجرای طرح به صورت ویژه آموزشهای مهارت آموزی در آن بخش به مردم ارائه شود.
روشنفکر ابراز کرد: تعداد زیادی از روستاهای استان به شبکه ملی اطلاعات کشور متصل نیستند انتظار است با توسعه زیر ساختهای لازم از جمله زیر ساختهای اینترنتی این مهم محقق شود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: معاون دفتر امور روستایی و مناطق محروم رئیس جمهوری از جمله مسئولانی بوده که هر وقت به این استان آمدهاند با دست پر بوده و هر وقت هم مسئولان در دفتر وی در تهران حضور پیدا کردهاند نیز دست خالی برنگشتهاند امیدوارم امروز نیز سنگ تمام بگذارند و برای تکمیل و احداث راههای روستایی، احداث مدرسه و خانه بهداشت در شهرستانهای بویراحمد، دنا و مارگون سنگ تمام بگذارید.
