نماینده مردم شهرستانهای کهگیلویه، لنده، چرام و بهمئی در مجلس شورای اسلامی از تخصیص ۲۰۰ میلیارد ریال اعتبار به محورهای ارتباطی حوزه انتخابیه خبر داد و گفت: رئیس سازمان برنامه و بودجه دستور فوری برای تخصیص اعتبار جهت جبران خسارات ناشی از سیل چرام را صادر کرد.
به گزارش اثبات نیوز؛ نماینده مردم شهرستانهای کهگیلویه، لنده، چرام و بهمئی در مجلس شورای اسلامی از تخصیص ۲۰۰ میلیارد ریال اعتبار به محورهای ارتباطی حوزه انتخابیه خبر داد و گفت: رئیس سازمان برنامه و بودجه دستور فوری برای تخصیص اعتبار جهت جبران خسارات ناشی از سیل چرام را صادر کرد.
حجت الاسلام سید محمد موحد نماینده مردم شهرستانهای کهگیلویه، لنده، چرام و بهمئی با محمد باقر نوبخت رئیس سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور دیدار و گفتوگو کرد.
حجت الاسلام سید محمد موحد پس از این دیدار و طی نامه هایی خواستار تخصیص اعتبار از سوی رئیس برنامه و بودجه کشور جهت رفع مشکلات حوزه انتخابیه شد.
موحد در نامه نخست خود با اشاره به اینکه یکی از پروژه های مهم و حیاتی حوزه راه های ارتباطی پروژه اتصال خوزستان_ کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به فارس است، گفت: این پروژه با عنوان محور پل بریم_ باشت_ چرام_قلعه دختر_قلعه رئیسی_ خوزستان(باغ ملک) مطرح و مطالعات آن انجام شده است.
وی خواستار صدور مجوز ماده ۲۳ از سوی نوبخت برای عملیاتی کردن این پروژه حیاتی شد.
محمد باقر نوبخت نیز در پاسخ به نامه نماینده مردم کهگیلویه بزرگ در مجلس خطاب به سید حمید پور محمدی گل سفیدی معاون اقتصادی و بودجه سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور دستورات لازم در خصوص مجوز کمیسیون ماده ۲۳ پروژه مربوطه را صادر کرد.
موحد در نامه دوم خود به نوبخت با اشاره به اینکه استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد دارای مناطق روستایی سخت گذر بوده است، افزود: باتوجه به قرار گرفتن محل سکونت بخشی از جمعیت روستایی و عشایری و نیاز مبرم آنها به احداث راه دسترسی نیازمند توجه جدی سازمان برنامه و بودجه جهت تامین اعتبار این امر مهم هستیم.
موحد با اشاره به اهمیت موضوع و واقع شدن جمعیت قابل توجه خواستار تامین اعتبار جاده چرام_ چاسخار به طسوج در شهرستان چرام و جاده سیلم به برفکون(چاروسا) در شهرستان کهگیلویه به مبلغ ۲۰۰ میلیارد ریال (هر کدام ۱۰۰ میلیارد ریال) شد.
لازم به ذکر است در گذشته نیز در این خصوص رایزنی هایی انجام شده بود و اکنون برای قطعی شدن این مهم پیگیری شد.
رئیس برنامه و بودجه کشور نیز در پاسخ به نامه نماینده مردم شهرستان های کهگیلویه، لنده، چرام و بهمئی خطاب به حیدر نوری رئیس امور هماهنگی و تلفیق بودجه سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور دستور داد تا نسبت به این مهم خارج از نوبت اقدام و پرداخت شود.
موحد در سومین نامه خود خطاب به نوبخت با اشاره به اینکه وقوع سیل در ۲۷ تیر ماه سال جاری در شهرستان چرام خسارات بسیار زیاد و جبران ناپذیری به تاسیسات، بخش کشاورزی و باغات به ویژه منطقه طسوج وارد کرده است، اظهار داشت: باتوجه به بازدید مسئولان استانی و کارشناسان و برآورد خسارات به زندگی مردم، انتظار می رود دستورات لازم جهت تامین و تخصیص اعتبار برای جبران خسارات شدید وارده را صادر کنید.
نوبخت در پاسخ به سومین نامه موحد نماینده مردم شهرستان های کهگیلویه، لنده، چرام و بهمئی در مجلس شورای اسلامی خطاب به حمیدرضا عدل معاون فنی امور زیربنایی و تولیدی سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور، عنوان کرد: چنانچه در این راستا نیاز به مصوبه دولت است به سرعت اقدامات لازم انجام شود.
گفتنی است موحد در راستای پیگیری اعتبار و مجوزهای مورد نیاز پروژه های عمرانی بزرگ حوزه انتخابیه علاوه بر دیدار با نوبخت که منجر به دستورات لازم رئیس سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور به زیر مجموعه آن نهاد شد بیش از ۳ ساعت و در دیدارهای جداگانه با معاونین و مدیران میانی و کارشناسان سازمان برنامه نیز دیدار و گفتگو کرد و رایزنی های لازم در این خصوص انجام شد.
