این موضوع باعث نارضایتی کارکنان دولت بالاخص در صنعت نفت شد و بر این اساس دولت تصمیم گرفت در نیمه دوم سال مجددا حقوق‌ها را افزایش دهد ، اما متاسفانه ترمیم حقوق فقط باعث اضافه شدن یک آيتم حدودا یک میلیون تومانی! با عنوان فوق العاده حقوق شد!!

این در حالی است که انتظار می رفت پس از چند ماه تبلیغات دولت و مجلس در خصوص ترمیم_حقوق_۱۴۰۱ این آیتم به پایه حقوق کارکنان دولت اضافه شود اما نه تنها این موضوع باعث رضایتمندی کارکنان دولت نشد حتی باعث نارضایتی بیشتر آنها شد.

حال با خبر امروز سازمان برنامه و بودجه باید دید دولت سیزدهم چه برنامه ای برای افزایش حقوق کارکنان دولت دارد تا عقب ماندگی حقوقی ۱۴۰۱ آنها کمی در سال ۱۴۰۲ جبران شود.
