به گزارش اثبات نیوز به نقل از فانوس زاگرس ، در یک ماه اخیر کارشناسان و فعالان محیط زیست، تلاشِ بسیاری داشتند تا جلوی آبگیری سد چمشیر را بگیرند، اما سیاستمداران صدای فعالان محیط زیست را نشنیدند و در بر همان پاشنه چرخید.
روز گذشته مدیرکل حفاظت محیط زیست کهگیلویه‌وبویراحمد از تاییدیه کامل محیط زیستی برای آبگیری سد چمشیر خبر داد.
آرش مصلح گفت: «در روزهای اخیر نماینده سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست کشور در محل احداث سد چمشیر حضور داشتند و تاییدیه آبگیری دادند. کامل تایید شد که هیچ گونه مشکل زیست محیطی وجود ندارد.» (تسنیم)
طناب دار بر گردن زهره!
سد چمشیر در 35 کیلومتری جنوب شهر گچساران واقع در استان کهگیلویه‌وبویراحمد قرار دارد. این سد بر روی رودخانه زهره آبگیری می‌شود. سرچشمه اصلی این رود هم در غرب استان کهگیلویه‌وبویراحمد و شرق استان فارس واقع است.
«هر روز که می‌گذرد، طناب دار بر گردن زهره نزدیک‌تر می‌شود. دریچه سد چمشیر مانند شمشیری است که گردن این عروس زیبا را برای همیشه خواهد برید.» این مرثیه‌ای است که حسین آخانی برای رود زهره و آبگیری سد چمشیر در صفحه اینستاگرامی خود نوشته است.
این کارشناس محیط زیست در ادامه برای این رودخانه نوشته است: «زهره‌ای که تاریخ طبیعت 475 کیلومتر در جنوب زاگرس تا کرانه‌های خلیج فارس را با خود دارد.»
علت مخالفت کارشناسان با آبگیری سد چمشیر
حسین آخانی در گزارشی که در روزنامه ایران منتشر شد، نوشته است: «مخزن این سد با 2 میلیارد و 300 میلیون مترمکعب ظرفیت بیش از 60 درصد سطح تماس با سازند تبخیری گچساران دارد که شامل میان لایه‌های گچ، نمک و آهک است.»
او در ادامه نوشته: «رودخانه زهره با عبور از محل مخزن سد، به شدت شور می‌شود، به‌طوری که بر اساس اندازه‌گیری‌های هدایت الکتریکی آب در بستر رود و درست بیرون از سد، به خوبی می‌توان به وجود لایه‌های گسترده نمک در آن پی برد.»
به گفته او خروج چشمه‌های شور در بستر رودخانه به حدی بحرانی است که شوری آب را فقط در سه نقطه داخل و پشت سد، حدود هزار میکروزیمنس افزایش داده است. این شوری نه برای شرب مناسب است، نه به برای کشاورزی.
برخی از کارشناسان محیط زیست بر این باورند که با آبگیری سد چمشیر 500 هزار تن نمک از طریق مخزن سد به رودخانه زهره پمپاژ می‌شود.
پیش از این حمیدرضا یاقوتی، کارشناس ژئوتکنیک نیز به تجارت‌نیوز گفته بود: «همین حالا و قبل از آبگیری سد چمشیر یک و نیم میلیون تن نمک وارد رودخانه می‌شود.»
این کارشناس ژئوتکنیک گفت: «500 هزار تن نمک را محدوده مخزن می‌دهد و یک میلیون تن نمک هم پایین‌دست سد می‌دهد.»
روز گذشته نیز محمد درویش، فعال محیط زیست در توییتی نوشت: «گزارش ارزیابی محیط زیستی سد چمشیر پر از خطاها و ناسازه‌های تاسف بار است.»
درویش نوشت: «سازمان محیط زیست با تائید در سال 1388، بی‌شک یک اشتباه بزرگ مرتکب شده است، اما اشتباه بزرگ‌تر آن است که علی سلاجقه شجاعت اعتراف به آن اشتباه و تصحیح آن را نداشته و اجازه آبگیری بدهد.»
برخی از فعالان محیط زیست، آبگیری سد چمشیر را به سد گتوند تشبیه می‌کنند و می‌گویند این سد هم یک فاجعه محیط زیستی دیگر رقم می‌زند.
درس نگرفتن از گذشته، یعنی وجود فساد
مهدی فصیحی، کارشناس دیپلماسی آب نیز درباره آبگیری سد چمشیر و شباهت آن با سد گتوند 2 گفت: «متأسفانه در پروژه‌های مهندسی سد به قدری عدم شفافیت وجود دارد که هر پروژه‌ای که اجرا می‌شود بدون آنکه اطلاعاتی به دست کارشناسان برسد، آنها مجبور می‌شوند گمانه‌زنی‌هایی مبتنی بر شواهد علمی داشته باشند.»
فصیحی در گفت‌وگو با خبرگزاری مهر گفت: «گتوند یکی از فاجعه‌بارترین سدهای ایران است که اگر روال‌های قبلی ادامه پیدا کند، چمشیر تجربه دوباره گتوند است.»
این کارشناس دیپلماسی آب گفت: «سوالی که وجود دارد اصلاً نیروگاه سد گتوند کار می‌کند یا خیر؟ چرا زمانی که پژوهشگری برای انجام تحقیقات به آن منطقه می‌رود تنها از محدوده خاصی امکان نمونه‌برداری وجود دارد؟ همگی سوالاتی است که باید به آنها پاسخ داده شود.»
او در پایان گفت: «زمانی که از اتفاقات گذشته درس نمی‌گیریم، کنشگران به این سمت می‌روند که قطعاً فسادی در این عرصه وجود دارد.»
