به گزارش اثبات نیوز به نقل از فانوس زاگرس ، حمیدرضا نجف‌پورکردی مدیر عامل صندوق ذخیره فرهنگیان در آئین معرفی مدیر عامل هلدینگ ساختمانی معلم یکی از اقدامات بسیار مهم را استفاده از ظرفیت‌های حاکمیتی برای رفع مشکلات و چالش‌های موسسه عنوان و تصریح کرد: وزیر آموزش و پرورش در حوزه مسکن تاکید جدی دارند که از ظرفیت‌هایی مانند نهضت ملی مسکن و سایر ظرفیت‌ها برای ارائه خدمات شایسته به فرهنگیان بهره بگیریم، بنابراین هلدینگ ساختمانی معلم در زمینه تعاملات راهبردی با وزارتخانه، طرح خوبی تدوین کرده و کار ساخت 600 واحد مسکونی را آغاز کرده است.
وی با اشاره به ظرفیت‌های آموزش‌وپرورش به ویژه وجود زمین و مستغلات با ارزش، افزود: از این ظرفیت‌ها باید استفاده شود و خروجی عقلایی و تسریع شده داشته باشد تا امیدی که در دل فرهنگیان ایجاد شده است، تقویت شود.
مدیرعامل جدید هلدینگ ساختمانی معلم نیز در این مراسم گفت: هدف ما ارتقای نقش هلدینگ در زیست بوم صنعت ساخت و ساز بوده و در این راستا «حاکمیت ستادی در راستای اهداف سازمانی» به عنوان شعار مد نظر خواهد بود.
سید فرزاد نجات‌نیا با اشاره به اینکه شعار و رویکرد هلدینگ ساختمانی معلم، حاکمیت ستادی در راستای اهداف سازمانی این هلدینگ و موسسه صندوق ذخیره فرهنگیان است، گفت: دستیابی به این مهم، هماهنگی، هم‌افزایی، همکاری، همدلی و همراهی صف و ستاد را می‌طلبد.
وی افزود: با اعتقاد به موضوع نظارت راهبردی از سوی موسسه، معتقدم که هلدینگ ساختمانی معلم باید کمی چابک‌تر شود و در عین حال بازوهای عملیاتی و شرکت‌ها تابعه بتوانند به عملیات اجرایی ادامه بدهند تا کارها را با هماهنگی مجموعه صندوق و هیات مدیره پیش ببریم.
مدیرعامل هلدینگ ساختمانی معلم با اشاره به اینکه افراد متخصص و باتجربه‌ای در هیات مدیره این هلدینگ حضور دارند، تصریح کرد: موسسه رویکرد مطلوبی نسبت به بحث اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان دارد، همچنین با توجه به تحولاتی که در فناوری‌های صنعت ساخت‌وساز افتاده است، تلاش می‌کنیم تا سهمی از این بازار داشته باشیم و طبیعتاً با بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین ذیل انقلاب صنعتی چهارم می‌توان در امور مدیریتی و راهبردی تحول آفرین موثرتر و بهینه‌تر از قبل عمل کرد.
