به گزارش اثبات نیوز، ۹ مهر ماه سال گذشته بود که رئیس‌جمهور و جمعی از اعضای هیات دولت در پنجمین سفر استانی دولت سیزدهم به کهگیلویه و بویراحمد سفر کردند.
در سفر سال گذشته جمع زیادی از مردم تقاضاهایی از رئیس جمهور در قالب نامه از رئیس جمهور داشتند که برای افرادی که متقاضی کمک‌هایی مالی و معیشتی بودند مبلغ ۱۵ میلیون تومان به صورت وام در نظر گرفته شد و با تامین اعتبار از مرکز به حساب برخی بانک‌های در کهگیلویه و بویراحمد واریز شد.
به گفته مردم و کسانی که این وام‌ها شامل آنها شده برخی از بانک‌ها همکاری خوبی با مردم داشتند و در کوتاه‌ترین زمان این مبلغ به حساب آنها پرداخت شده اما برخی‌های دیگر سختگیریهایی داشتند.
برای مثال یکی از بانک‌ها از فرد متقاضی خواسته که کارمند باید حتما از یک دستگاه‌ها و نهاد خاص باشد یا اینکه متقاضی برای دریافت وام چک صیادی داشته باشد که با توجه به وضعیت مردم استان این شرط‌ها و سخت‌گیری‌ها زیبنده بانک‌ها نیست.
این موضوع را از منصور دانش‌آموز دبیر شورای هماهنگی بانک‌های استان جویا شدیم که گفت: متاسفانه گاهی مشاهده می‌شود مردم که از بانک تسهیلات دریافت می‌کنند در پرداخت اقساط کاهلی می‌کنند اما سخت‌گیری در خصوص وام‌های ۱۵ میلیونی سفر رئیس جمهور توسط برخی بانک‌ها قانونی نیست.
وی عنوان کرد: نیازی نیست حتما ضامن از یک اداره خاصی باشد و بانک‌ها در پرداخت تسهیلات ۱۵ میلیونی سفر رئیس‌جمهور می‌توانند از کارمندان سایر ادارات و دستگاه‌ها استفاده کنند.
این مسئول با بیان اینکه با مدیران شعب بانک‌ها صحبت می‌کنند که در خصوص ضامن وام‌های سفر رئیس‌جمهور سخت‌گیری نکنند، گفت: بانک‌ها به جای چک صیادی می‌توانند از متقاضی سفته دریافت کنند./فانوس زاگرس
