علاوه بر این، هنوز دولت جدید مستقر نشده و طبیعی است که ارزیابی عملکرد رئیسجمهور جدید با ملاحظه اقدامات هیأت دولت وی امکانپذیر خواهد بود. به همین دلیل، سوم شهریور را میتوان به عنوان تاریخ شروع به کار دولت رئیسجمهور رئیسی در نظر گرفت و هرگونه ارزیابی درباره عملکرد دولت جدید باید بر این اساس صورت بگیرد.
نکته مهمتر اینست که نگاه آحاد ما ایرانیان به دولت باید نگاه ملی باشد. اقتضای نگاه ملی اینست که همه خواهان موفقیت هر دولتی که مشغول به کار میشود باشیم و هرگز از ضعف و عدم موفقیت آن در هیچ زمینهای خوشحال نشویم. علاوه بر این، باید هرکدام از ما به میزان امکان و توان خود برای موفق شدن دولت تلاش کنیم و آن را مورد حمایت قرار دهیم. در عین حال، حق انتقاد نیز برای همه محفوظ است و آحاد مردم باید از این حق خود با رعایت انصاف استفاده کنند. با چنین روشی است که کشور میتواند به پیشرفت برسد و رقابت سیاسی نیز بدون آنکه منجر به جنگ قدرت شود جریان داشته باشد و مردم بتوانند در یک فضای سالم از حق انتخاب خود برای جابجا کردن مسئولین استفاده کنند.رئیسجمهور رئیسی نیز برای موفق شدن و عملی ساختن وعدههائی که داده است به برطرف کردن موانع نیاز دارد. این درست است که مسئولان نظام جمهوری اسلامی بهویژه عوامل اجرائی باید از اصحاب «ما میتوانیم» باشند، ولی این واقعیت را هم باید در نظر داشته باشند که برای انجام هر کاری اسباب و لوازمی را باید بکار گرفت.
در جهان امروز بدون برخورداری از ابزار مبادلات بینالمللی نمیتوان به اهداف اقتصادی دست یافت. این، به معنای گره زدن امور کشور به بیرون نیست بلکه پذیرفتن اقتضائات تعامل با جهان برای پیشبرد اهداف کشور در جهت گذران شرافتمندانه زندگی و رفاه و آسایش مردم است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، کشور ما به رفع تحریمها نیاز دارد. شما آقای رئیسجمهور اگر برای رفع تحریمها راهی غیر از احیاء برجام و پیوستن به FATF میشناسید، در پیمودن آن راه دریغ نکنید ولی اگر احساس میکنید به احیاء برجام و پیوستن به FATF نیاز است، از ملامتها نترسید و برای انجام آن اقدام کنید.
روشن است که هیچ ایرانی شرافتمندی به کوتاه آمدن دولتمردان از اصول و آرمانها در هیچ زمینهای رضایت نمیدهد. نکته اینست که با حفظ آرمانها و اصول میتوان تحریمها را رفع کرد و اقتصاد بحرانزده کشور را سروسامان بخشید. به گردن این و آن انداختن مشکلات، راه به جائی نمیبرد و مردم را قانع نمیکند. مردم، حل مشکلات را میخواهند و فقط به این شرط است که به کارائی دولت جدید اعتماد پیدا خواهند کرد.
