هفتاد و سومین نشست ستاد مقابله با بیماری کرونا به ریاست فرماندار و دیگر اعضای این ستاد در سالن جلسات فرمانداری این گچساران برگزار شد.
به گزارش اثبات نیوز،علیرضا اتابک،فرماندار گچساران در ابتدای این نشست نیز اظهار کرد: تمامی دغدغه ما قطع زنجیره ویروس کرونا است و باید به دنبال نقطه پاشنه آشیل این بیماری باشیم، این امکان نیز وجود دارد برای تعدادی بیمار کرونایی شهر هم قرنطینه شود و برای جلوگیری از قرنطینه این شهر باید بیماریابی کنیم و برنامه ریزی لازم را داشته باشیم.
وی با بیان اینکه یک مکان برای قرنطینه بیماران کرونایی در شهرستان باید آماده سازی شود، بیان کرد: نشست اضطرای ستاد مقابله با کرونا شهرستان به دلیل حساسیت کرونای جهشه یافته که به استان ما هم وارد شد امروز تشکیل شد، چراکه باید آمادگی لازم را برای جلوگیری از انتشار ویروس جهش یافته را داشته باشیم و حساسیت را در جامعه بالا ببریم.
اتابک تصریح کرد: متاسفانه یک جوان ۳۴ساله هم استانی به ویروس کرونای جهش یافته انگلیسی مبتلا و جان خود را از دست داده است، متاسفانه انتقال ویروس کرونا و مرگ و میر آن زیاد است، وگچساران جز۳۱شهرستان نارنجی کشور است که این آمار و رنگ مناسب شهرستان نیست و هر کجا ایراد است باید رفع شود.
فرماندارگچساران ادامه داد: بنابراین باید رفع اشکال شود ،چرا که میدانیم این بیماری تمامی مشاغل را تعطیل می کند و بر اقتصاد تاثیر می گذارد، از نیروی انتظامی تقدیر و تشکر دارم که با قدرت پای کار هستند و روز گذشته با همکاری نیروی انتظامی مسیر ورودی شهرستان از سمت خوزستان هم مسدود شد.
وی اظهار کرد:خوشبختانه در گچساران گزارشی از آمار بیماری کرونای انگلیسی نیست، اما از این وضعیت موجود در خوزستان هم خوشایند نیستیم،بنابراین کسی که برای افتتاح یک فروشگاه ۳۰نفر را جمع می کند باید از همین امروز این فروشگاه پلمب شود تا صاحبان آن متوجه شوند که شرایط شهرستان مطلوب نیست و ما مسئول سلامت و جان مردم هستیم.
فرماندار گچساران بیان کرد: با حساسیت به موضوع ها نگاه کنیم و باید تب کنیم که مردم بیمار میشوند و گشتهای مشترک از سوی ادارات شهرستان از جمله اداره صمت، تعزیرات، نیروی انتظامی و شبکه بهداشت با جدیت بیشتر دنبال شود.
وی گفت: گشت های مشترک ادارات باید به صورت مستمر صبح و عصر در بازار حضور مستمر داشته باشند و باید تذکرات لازم را به مردم بدهند، درصد کسانی که نکات بهداشتی را رعایت نمیکنند جوانان هستند، بنابراین ایام عید نزدیک است و خود مردم باید رعایت کنند که به تعطیلی بازار منجر نشود.
اتابک افزود: باید شهروندان آگاهی لازم را داشته باشند و این رسالت رسانه ها است که باید این هشدارها و آموزش های لازم داده شود و همه امکانات باید بسیج شوند تا از گسترش ویروس کرونا جلوگیری شود،بخشدار شهرستان و اداره راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده ای و میراث فرهنگی موظف هستند که تمامی مراکز تفریحی و گردشگری و امکان مذهبی را تا آخر هفته مسدود کنند.
اتابک ادامه داد: راهی که به سمت حرم بی بی حکیمه(س) است باید مسدود شود و نباید اجازه ورود به زائران داده شود، شهرداری هم مقرر بود بنرهایی که در دید عموم مردم است نصب و آگاهی بخشی لازم را داشته باشد.
فرماندار گچساران با انتقاد از برخی مدیران که مصوبات جلسه کرونا را اجرایی نمیکنند،افزود: اگر مصوبات کرونایی از سوی مدیری اجرایی نمیشود آن مدیر به دادگستری معرفی می شود و دیگر نمی پذیرم مصوبه ای اجرا نشود،محور کمربندی اکنون یک معضلی برای شهرستان است که تا چند روز دیگر این محور آسفالت می شود.
وی افزود: امکان گردشگری، زیارتی و مذهبی تا اطلاع ثانوی تعطیل هستند و بر اساس همان رنگ بندی گروه های مشاغل که در رسته شغلی ۳ تعطیل هستند،نظارت بر دفاتر ازدواج باید بیشتر باشد واگر خلافی صورت گرفته این دفاتر پلمب تا درسی برای دیگران باشد،بنابراین رسالت اصحاب رسانه در ایام کرونا بسیار سنگین است و انتظار می رود که رسانهها همکاری خوبی در این زمینه داشته باشند.
سید محمد موسوی،فرمانده انتظامی گچساران در ادامه این نشست هم گفت: با توجه به شرایط شهرستان و اعمال محدودیتها تردد در ساعات شبانه تعداد ۲ هزار و۲۷۰ دستگاه خودرو جریمه شده است و در اجرای طرح محدودیت های ترافیکی این تعداد خودروها جریمه ۲ میلیون ریالی شدند.
وی تصریح کرد: جریمه تردد خودروهای شخصی از ساعت ۲۱ تا چهار بامداد در سطح شهر ۲ میلیون ریال تعیین شده است و تعداد ۴۷خودرو که قانون را نقض کرده و پلاکهای خود را مخدوش کرده خودری آنها توقیف و به دادستانی معرفی شدهاند.
فرمانده انتظامی گچساران گفت: برای کنترل تردد در ساعت های شبانه روز از دوربینهای ثبت تخلف استفاده می شود و خودروهای متخلف جریمه و اعمال قانون خواهند شد، در هفته گذشته بیش از ۸۳ مورد بازدید از صنوف مختلف صورت گرفت که منجر به پلمب۱۱ واحد و ۲۷ مورد اخطاریه تخلف برای آنها صادر شده است.
وی در ادامه افزود: تجمعات انتخاباتی در شهرستان کمتر شده و مردم در بحث عروسی ها و عزاداریها به خوبی پروتکل بهداشتی را رعایت و کنترل میکنند، با توجه به نزدیکی ایام عید مردم به بازار خواهند رفت که در این زمینه باید آگاهی بخشی و اطلاعرسانی صحیح نیز صورت گیرد.
موسوی ادامه داد: بازار یک سال است که ضرر داده و بازاریان مشکل دارند و ما باید کمک کنیم و شهرداری بنرهای آگاهی خود را بیشتر کند، با توجه به قرار گرفتن شهرستان در وضعیت نارنجی و آخرین ماه از سال کنترل تردد در شهر بسیار سخت است.
