در نتیجه همه این عوامل دست به دست هم داده تا فضای بیتفاوتی بر اتمسفر سیاسی کشور غلبه پیدا کند که این به ضرر حاکمیت است. حاکمیت دوگانه نیز از دیگر مصایبی است که مردم و کنشگران سیاسی از آن گلایه دارند. این دوگانگی در حاکمیت و فضای تصمیمگیری مشکلات و مسائل بسیاری ایجاد کرده که مردم هم شاهد آن هستند. دولت، مجلس را متهم میکند و مجلس دولت را متهم میکند. نهادهای دیگر هم به نوعی در این بههم ریختگی سیاسی دخیل هستند. این موضوع نهتنها در داخل تبعات بدی دارد بلکه در سیاست خارجی نیز تاثیرگذار است و طرفهای خارجی هم نمیدانند باید به صدای کدام گروه و جریان یا نهاد در داخل کشور توجه کرده و واکنش نشان دهند. برای مثال مجلس شورای اسلامی طرحهایی تصویب و دولت را موظف به اجرای آن میکند که چندان دوراندیشانه نیست و بر فقر و مشکلات مردم میافزاید که البته تجمعهای اطراف مجلس نیز نشاندهنده ضعف و ناکارآمدی مسوولان در حل مشکلات است. باید همه دست به دست هم دهیم تا مردمی که دچار سردرگمی شدهاند را از این وضعیت خلاص کنیم و کسی هم نیست که پاسخگوی مردم ناامید باشد، همه مسوولان در حال فرافکنی هستند و نوعی بینظمی سیاسی و ناامیدی پدیدار شده است. حل مشکلات مردم نیازمند تصمیمات انقلابی و اجرای قانون و رعایت حقوق مردم است. اگر مشکل حاکمیت دوگانه حل شود و همه نهادها تابع قانون و رای مردم باشند، اگر انتخاباتی آزاد و با حضور کاندیداهایی از همه جریانهای سیاسی برگزار شود میتوان به پایان این افسردگی سیاسی امیدوار بود.
