آنگونه که مستحضر و پای کار هستید مدت مدیدی است در شهرستان چرام درگیریهای خیابانی و دسته جمعی نگرانی عامه مردم را به دنبال داشته که متاسفانه زد و خورد منجر به قتل نیز رخ داده است.
ابتدائا برادرانه و ملتمسانه طرفین درگیر را به صبر و بردباری و پرهیز از هر نوع خشونت و فصل الخطاب قرار دادن قانون دعوت مینمایم.
ظواهر و شواهد امر پیداست که این درگیری که بین دو طایفه بزرگ، ریشه دار، با اصالت، فرهنگی، فرهنگ دوست، مسلمان و شیعه اتفاق افتاده، عامل و دلیل محکم و مشخصی ندارد و ظاهراً از درگیری معمولی بین دو جوان آغاز شده که چنین معضل بزرگی را رقم زده است.
یقین دارم عالی جنابان، شورای تأمین استان و شهرستان چرام، ائمه جمعه و جماعات، مجموعه نیروهای خدوم انتظامی، امنیتی، سپاهی، قضایی، دادستانی، اجرایی، اساتید، فرهنگیان، دانشگاهیان، طلاب، جوانان، معتمدین و ریش سپیدان به جد نگران موضوع بوده و اقدامات بسیاری انجام شده و در دست اقدام است به ویژه دستگیری ضارب و ضاربین منجر به قتل در کمترین زمان ممکن تا حدود زیادی در فروکش شدن درگیری و خونریزی، مؤثر و کار ساز بوده است، اما همچنان چرام آبستن حوادث ناگواری است و با زبان بی زبانی فریاد میزند؛ای که دستت میرسد کاری بکن.
رجاء واثق دارم حتی خود طرفین درگیر از شرایط پیش آمده کاملا ناخشنود هستند، اما بالاخره جو احساسی، خشم و غضب و حس انتقام گاهی از کنترل خارج میشود و حوادث ناخواسته و ناآگاهانهای را پدید میآورد.
پیشنهاد میدهم در کنار اقدامات قانونی بدون فوت وقت صرفاً از منظر اجتماعی و با هدف حل سریعتر موضوع، کمیتهای با محوریت جنابعالی، استاندار و امام جمعه شهرستان چرام تشکیل گردد و افراد ذی نفوذ و معتمد از سایر طوایف ارزشمند چرام و شهرستانهای همجوار با هماهنگی شورای تأمین، حضور نماینده محترم فعلی و نمایندگان ادوار کهگیلویه بزرگ در مجلس و حتی داوطلبین نمایندگی ادوار مختلف نظیر آقایان: لاهوتی، منطقیان و هر ظرفیت ممکن دیگری که به حل و فصل مناقشه کمک مینماید اهتمام ورزید تا امنیت دلخواه در شهر بافرهنگ چرام حاصل آید.
بیشک، مسئولان امنیتی و قضایی وظیفه خود را بدون اغماض انجام میدهند، اما تیزی و بُرّندگی که ذات قانون است شاید الفت و رفع کینه بایسته لازم را برقرار نکند، اما اصلاح ذاتالبین که از اساسیترین آموزههای دینی است با همگرایی عمومی که مورد تأکید و تأیید قانون هم هست ثمرهاش کظم غیظ، ایجاد مودت و برچیده شدن کینه و کینه توزی و در نهایت برقراری صلح و صفا و آشتی است ان شاءالله.
