به مناسبت هفته منابع طبیعی نشست خبری رئیس اداره منابع طبیعی و آبخیزداری شهرستان گچساران برگزار و برنامههای این هفته تشریح شد.
به گزارش اثبات نیوز،از گچساران، صبح روز (یکشنبه ۱۷ اسفند ماه ۹۹) مجید نظری رئیس اداره منابع طبیعی شهرستان گچساران در نشست خبری به مناسبت هفته منابع طبیعی که از (۱۵ لغایت ۲۱ اسفند) میباشد، اظهار داشت: پایه و اساس استقلال اقتصاد یک کشور منابع طبیعی است، اداره منابع طبیعی گچساران نیاز به کار و تلاش زیاد دارد و با کمبود نیروهای پای کار و کمبود بودجه مواجه است. بارها از جیب خودم هزینه کردم.
وی با بیان اینکه اداره منابع طبیعی شهرستان گچساران در طول هفته منابع طبیعی برنامههای زیادی تدارک دیده است گفت: تولید نهال از جمله فعالیتهای خودجوش ما در شهرستان گچساران بوده، در سال ۹۹، ۱۲ هزار نهال و در قسمت دیگری از شهرستان ۲۰ هزار نهال طی یک ماه آینده کاشته خواهد شد.
نظری در خصوص زراعت چوب اظهار کرد: این بحث جدیدی در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی است، یکی از اهدافی است پیگیریاش میکنیم و علاقمند به کارکردن در این حوزه هستیم. بصورت روزانه مجوزهای زراعت چوب را صادر میکنیم و در حال حاضر نیاز به جذب سرمایه گذار برای استفاده در صنایع داریم.
رئیس اداره منابع طبیعی در خصوص طرحهای آبخیزداری شهرستان گچساران گفت: ۸۸۰۰ هزار متر مکعب طرحهای آبخیزداری در شهرستان گچساران وجود دارد که ۷۰۰ هزار متر مکعب آن آب گیری شده است.
نظری اظهار کرد: اعتبارات این طرحها در سال جاری ۱۴۶ میلیارد ریال بوده که ۱۴۰ میلیارد ریال آن از اسناد خزانه و ۶ میلیارد ریال از صندوق توسعه ملی بوده است.
نظری در رابطه با شروع آتش سوزیها از فصل بهار گفت: هر ساله آتش سوزیها را خواهیم داشت، چه بصورت عمدی و غیرعمدی، به دلیل حضور گردشگران در طبیعت، آتش سوزیها را بصورت غیرعمدی خواهیم داشت.
مجید نظری در خصوص برنامههای فرهنگ سازی برای جلوگیری از آتش سوزی گفت: نشستهایی با شوراها، دهیارها، آموزش و پرورش برگزار خواهیم کرد.
وی افزود: برای از بین بردن حریق نیاز به بودجه و تأمین نیرو داریم. مردم باید نسبت به طبیعت احساس مسئولیت و حساسیت داشته باشند.
نظری گفت: هر ساله نشست ستاد بحران در فصل آتش سوزیها برگزار میشود و ادارات نیروهای داوطلب را برای حضور در آتش سوزیها معرفی میکنند، ولی موقع عمل که میشود هیچ کس برای خاموش کردن آتش حاضر نمیشود.
رئیس اداره منابع طبیعی شهرستان گچساران افزود: در خصوص بحث حفاظت از مراتع و جنگلها، فقط یک مرکز حفاظتی در منطقه دیل داریم، در حالی که در منطقه باباکلان و منطقه لیشتر نیز نیازمند به ایجاد مرکز حفاظتی هستیم.
نظری اظهار کرد: طرح صدور کارت قراقبان افتخاری از جمله طرحهای نوآورانهای است که در کشور چنین مبحثی را نداشتهایم، و ما در اداره منابع طبیعی گچساران آن را اجرا کردیم.
نظری با بیان اینکه در خصوص نیروهای حفاظتی در مذیقه هستیم در این خصوص افزود: بیش از ۳۰ نیروی قراقبان افتخاری را به کار گرفتهایم، کارت برایشان صادر کردهایم، هر چند که این تعداد باز هم کم است، ولی درصدد هستیم که جبران مافات شود، قطعاً قراقبان ها توانایی و کارآیی نیروهای رسمی را ندارند ولی این افراد تخلفات را به ما گزارش میدهند و ما وارد عمل میشویم.
وی گفت: میخواهم این گلایه به گوش مسئولان برسد تا امسال با جدیت بیشتری برای جلوگیری از آتش سوزی تلاش کنیم.
نظری بیان کرد: امسال «البرز زارعی» یکی از جوانان این شهرستان جان خود را بخاطر طبیعت از دست داد، خون این عزیز بهایی بوده که پرداختیم، و نباید بگذاریم دوباره اینگونه اتفاقات پیش بیاید از طبیعت و جنگلها در مقابل آتش سوزیها دفاع کنیم.
رئیس اداره منابع طبیعی شهرستان گچساران اظهار کرد: در خصوص امکانات و بودجه، هنوز چیزی به ما داده نشده و بودجه و امکاناتی ندیدیم.
نظری گفت: سامانه ۱۵۰۴ بصورت ۲۴ ساعته برای گزارش مردمی فعال است.
وی بیان کرد: قوانین منابع طبیعی قانونی پیر است و مجدداً باید بازنویسی شود.
