وی افزود: با توجه به این مسائل اگر تحریمها بانکی و نفتی برداشته شوند، قدر مسلم گشایش اقتصادی به وجود میآید و مردم میتوانند تا حدودی به زندگی عادی بازگردند، زیرا که فشارهای معیشتی و اقتصادی در سالهای گذشته سفره بسیاری از مردم را کوچک کرده و آنها را برای حداقل تامین نیازهای زندگی خود با مشکلات بسیار زیادی دست و پنجه نرم کرده اند، بنابراین اگر برجام احیا شود، تا حدی از بار مشکلات مردم کاسته خواهد شد.
قنبری اظهار داشت: اینکه فکر کنیم تنها با رفع تحریمها، مشکلات اقتصادی کشور حل خواهد شد، خیال خامی به حساب میآید، در این رابطه پیوستن ایران به fatf از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است، اگر این کار را انجام ندهیم، دچار یک خود تحریمی شدید شده ایم، از سوی دیگر در شان کشورمان نیست که در کنار کره شمالی تنها کشورهای قلمداد شوند، که به fatf محلق نشده اند، بنابراین اگر ما میخواهیم از فرصت رفع تحریم استفاده کرده و بتوانیم روابط خود اقتصادی خود به دنیا را عادی کنیم چارهای جز پیوستن به fatf نخواهیم داشت.
این استاد دانشگاه با تاکید بر اینکه کسانی که با وجود رفع تمامی تحریمها همچنان معتقدند که عدم تصویب به fatf نمیتواند منافع ایران را تأمین کند، باید در نظر خود تجدیدنظر کنند، اضافه کرد: در حال حاضر ما اگر به fatf پیوسته بودیم، میتوانستیم بعضی از منابع بلوکه شده خود در کشورهایی نظیر کره جنوبی، هند، ژاپن و عراق را به کشور وارد کنیم که این موضوع میتوانست از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار باشد، چراکه باعث کاهش قیمت دلار و تعدیل قیمتها در بازار اقلام اساسی میشد، اما با انجام این خودتحریمی مشکلاتی به قوت خود باقی ماند.
