یکی از نمایندگان استان سیستانوبلوچستان هم گفته بود: «انتظار ما از دولت آقای رئیسی این بود که برای استانی به این مهمی فردی را انتخاب کند که بتواند مشکلات مردم را درک کرده و در راستای حل مشکلات برنامهریزی داشته باشد». مشابه نقدهایی که به مدرسخیابانی، استاندار سیستانوبلوچستان شده درباره مشاور جدید زاکانی هم مطرح است. درباره او گفته میشود که دستش در ماجرای املاک نجومی آلوده بوده است. انتصابات اخیر قالیباف در مجلس هم شاکیان زیادی بین خود اصولگرایان داشته است و همه اینها رسانهای شده و حتی در برخی موارد کار به شکایت هم کشیده است.محمدصالح مفتاح از چهرههای اصولگرا و از اعضای ارشد حزب نزدیک به محمدباقر قالیباف، درپی انتصاب علیرضا زاکانی بهعنوان شهردار این کلانشهر، از وزیر کشور به دیوان عدالت اداری شکایت کرد. او گفته است: «انتظارم از آقای محسنیاژهای و امید به قوه قضائیه آن است در عمل به قانون، بازگرداندن قانون به مجرای اصلی و نیز ارتقای سطح قوه قضائیه، بتواند این پرونده را آغازی بر یک جریان حقوقی کند. افوض امری الی الله انالله بصیر بالعباد».
در یک رشتهتوییت اخیرا نوشته بود: «۱۰ سال پیش آقایان زاکانی، توکلی، دهقان، سروری، نادران و نجابت به انتصاب سعید مرتضوی به مدیرعاملی سازمان تأمین اجتماعی، با طرح شکایتی در دیوان عدالت اداری، اعتراض کردند و، چون مرتضوی تخصص و سابقه در زمینه تأمین اجتماعی نداشت، با حکم دیوان، او را برکنار کردند. شکایت از انتصاب آقای زاکانی، پاسداشت امر عمومی است. امور سیاسی و انتصابات اداری، امور خصوصی نیستند که گروهی اندک بر آن عرصه مالکیت داشته باشند و بتوانند هرکاری بهصورت دلبخواهی انجام دهند.
قانون باید بر رفتار مسئولان حاکم باشد. مردم حق دارند و باید بر سرنوشت خود حاکم باشند. مگر میشود خود را انقلابی بدانیم، ولی قوانین را محترم ندانیم؟ اگر حاکمان و مجریان قانون، آن را محترم ندانند، چه دلیلی دارد مردم آن را محترم بدانند و به آن عمل کنند؟ مسئولان باید حساسترین مردم به رعایت قانون باشند، حتی در جزئیات. امر عمومی است که میتواند مسئله مشارکت را امکانپذیر کند. اگر مشارکت مردم در انتخابات کمکم دارد به نقطه بحرانی میرسد، باید بسترهایی که حضور مردم در سیاست را کمرنگ میکنند، به فوریت اصلاح شوند و کنار گذاشته شوند و بهجای آن بسترهای حضور مردم از جمله دیوان عدالت تقویت شوند. مهمترین نتیجه تقویت امر عمومی، برابری مردم در برابر قانون است که در اصول ۱۹ و ۲۰ قانون اساسی متجلی شده است.
در حالت آرمانی این تضمین وجود دارد که هر شهروندی بتواند بدون درنظرگرفتن مقام و منزلت، در سطحی برابر با دیگران به حوزه عمومی دسترسی داشته باشد. قانون هم در زمان تصویب و هم در زمان اجرا باید مردمیشدن عرصههای عمومی را تضمین کند. اگر برخی قوانین در غایت خود به خصوصیسازی یک عرصه منجر شود، خلاف مشارکت مردم خواهد بود. اگر در اجرا هم قوانینی که منافع یک گروه اقلیت را تأمین نمیکنند، نادیده گرفته شوند، ضد مشارکت خواهد بود».
رائفیپور، چهره سخنران معروف بین اصولگرایان انقلابی هم اخیرا در ماجرای ممنوعیت یا آزاد شدن واردات فایزر توییت کرده بود که «۱- واکسن فایزر وارداتی ریسک و خطری ندارد ۲- نظر رهبر انقلاب تغییر کرده است ۳- مالهکشان فقط ایرادات دولت روحانی را میبینند. در هر صورت اینکه به مردم توضیح درستی داده نمیشود، در بهترین حالت نشانه بیتفاوتی مسئولان است».
