۸ کشته در کامرون بر اثر ازدحام جمعیت مقابل ورزشگاه جام ملت‌های آفریقا

ازدحام جمعیت شامگاه دوشنبه مقابل ورزشگاه شهر یائونده، پایتخت کامرون ۸ کشته و حدود ۵۰ زخمی برجای گذاشت. این ازدحام قبل از آغاز مسابقه فوتبال بین دو تیم کامرون و کومور در چهارچوب بازی‌های جام ملت‌های آفریقا روی داد. بنا بر اعلام وزارت بهداشت کامرون در میان ۸ کشته این حادثه یک کودک نیز دیده

ازدحام جمعیت شامگاه دوشنبه مقابل ورزشگاه شهر یائونده، پایتخت کامرون ۸ کشته و حدود ۵۰ زخمی برجای گذاشت.

این ازدحام قبل از آغاز مسابقه فوتبال بین دو تیم کامرون و کومور در چهارچوب بازی‌های جام ملت‌های آفریقا روی داد.

بنا بر اعلام وزارت بهداشت کامرون در میان ۸ کشته این حادثه یک کودک نیز دیده می‌شود.

این وزارتخانه در بیانیه‌ای اعلام کرد که قربانیان این حادثه «فوراً» با آمبولانس‌ها به بیمارستان منتقل شده‌اند اما «ترافیک سنگین جاده‌ای، انتقال را کند کرده» و منجر به مرگشان شده است.

یک نوزاد نیز زیر پای جمعیت مانده که در نهایت نجات یافته و فورا به بیمارستان منتقل شده است و هم اکنون در یک وضعیت پزشکی پایدار قرار دارد.

این حادثه در زمانی روی داده که ماموران سعی داشته‌اند قبل از ورود تماشاگران به داخل ورزشگاه، گواهی سلامت آنها را کنترل کنند.
