به گزارش فانوس زاگرس، در سایه عدم اجرای ماده ۱۰ برای کارکنان نفت با گذشت بیش از ۱۰ سال از تصویب!! وزارت راه و شهرسازی در اقدامی قابل تقدیر اصلاح نظام جبران خدمت، تصویب فوق العاده ویژه کارکنان، ردیف های جدید استخدامی با توزیع استانی و.. را با هدف ایجاد وزارتخانه ای پویاتر و با انگیزه تر بمنظور ارائه خدمات مطلوب تر به مردم را کلید زد.

پیش از این نیز وزارت نيرو در یک اقدام خوب به منظور حفظ و نگهداشت و همچنین ايجاد انگيزه کارکنان صنعت آب و برق، افزايش درصدهای “فوق العاده ويژه” را در این وزارتخانه اجرایی کرد.

سایر وزارتخانه ها مانند کشور ، بهداشت و .. نیز اقداماتی را برای افزایش انگیزه پرسنل خود انجام دادند که پیشتر رسانه ای شده بود.
