حسن نوروزی، نایب رئیس کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی مجلس در این باره گفت: شکایتها از شخص رئیس دولت دوازدهم بعد از اتمام دوره مسئولیت در دولت پیگیری شده و شخص ایشان باید در ارتباط با موارد شکایت پاسخگو باشد.وی با تاکید بر این که مجلس انتظار دارد تا بازپرسی امور اداری کارکنان دولت در قوه قضائیه مراحل کار لازم در ارتباط با این شکایات را پیگیری کند، تاکید کرد: رویه و رفتار با رئیس دولت دوازدهم باید به شکلی باشد که روسایجمهور بعدی تصور نکنند هرکاری بخواهند میتوانند انجام بدهند و رسیدگی نیز در کار نیست.
سخنگوی کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی در ارتباط با این موضوع افزود: نمیشود افرادی با قلدری در مقابل قانون بایستند و کسی نیز در مقابل بیقانونی آنها ایستادگی نکند و شکایات به صورت صوری باقی بماند.
